when I open up Mive it asks to connect to ATT or WiFI, I choose either, and it crashes to applications folder. I'm using an N81

How come it does not search, asked for Wi-Fi connection, update nor do anything in my N95?
I have it saved in phone memory.
Is there anything wrong?
